These Dumle slices are extremely good, easy and with only a few ingredients. The slices are made of a cookie dough and are wonderfully crispy on the outside and soft and chewy inside. They are perfect to enjoy for a glass of milk or a cup of coffee. I’ve used Dumle, but other candies or chocolates can also be used. Enjoy!

Ingredients
Dumle slices (about 30 slices):Instructions
Dumle slices:
Turn on the oven at 200 C hot air. Beat butter, light syrup and sugar until light and airy. Add baking soda and flour. Chop the Dumle caramel coarsely and stir in the dough. Divide the dough into two parts and roll out into long pieces that are equally long with your baking sheet. Place the dough pieces on a baking sheet with baking paper and make sure there is good distance between them as they flow a little. Press the dough slightly flat with your fingers. Bake them in the oven for approx. 12-14 minutes until golden. Let the cutters cool and then cut them out. Store the Dumle slices in a cake can. Bon appetite!
