Cake with caramelized apples – Recipe for moist cake with caramelized Fresh Apples and Drizzled with Buttermilk Glaze. This cake is incredibly delicious and moist. It consists of a moist light cake baked with caramelized apples and cinnamon in the middle. Once the cake is baked, small holes are poked into it, and a buttermilk glaze is poured over.
This cake is perfect to enjoy on its own, but it’s also fantastic when served warm with a scoop of ice cream. It’s the kind of cake that stays moist and delicious for several days, making it great to share with colleagues, take on a picnic, or as part of a larger dessert spread.
