The dish consists of burrata, which is placed at the bottom of a dish and lightly spread. Baked asparagus with chili and garlic and the most delicious pesto with pistachio, basil and parmesan are added on top. I have decorated the dish with freshly podded green peas, fresh basil and grated lemon peel. The dish is a real summer dish that can be served as a side dish to barbecue food. Instructions
Pistachio pesto
Mix all the ingredients together for a creamy pesto. Taste it.
Baked asparagus
Turn on the oven at 200 C fan.
Break off the end of the asparagus and put the asparagus in an ovenproof dish. Mix olive oil, honey, garlic, chilli and salt and spread it over the asparagus. Bake the asparagus for 20 min.
Open the two burratas and spread them lightly on a plate. Add the baked asparagus, spread the pistachio pesto on top and garnish with peas, basil and lemon juice. Serve immediately. Bon appetite!
