Turn on the oven at 200 C fan.
Put the tomatoes, garlic, olive oil and salt in a dish and bake the tomatoes for 20 minutes.
Marinated mozzarella balls
Mix the basil, pine nuts, olive oil and salt together to make a uniform pesto. Mix the pesto, creme fraiche and lemon zest together and fold in the mozzarella balls.
Fry the gnocchi in olive oil on a pan until they are golden and crispy.
