Cauliflower pizza – Recipe for an easy and delicious pizza with a cauliflower crust and tasty toppings. The cauliflower crust is made from finely chopped cauliflower processed in a food processor, finely ground oats, grated mozzarella cheese, eggs, salt, and dried oregano. The crust is prebaked before being topped with ingredients such as tomato sauce, grated cheese, thinly sliced zucchini, Parma ham, olives, feta, pine nuts, and fresh basil. The toppings can, of course, be customized to your favorite pizza toppings.
It’s important to squeeze out as much moisture from the cauliflower as possible to prevent the crust from becoming too soft. Additionally, the cauliflower mixture should be spread as thinly as possible on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to ensure the crust becomes firm and crispy. If you want to make the crust completely gluten-free, use gluten-free oats. I used grated mozzarella cheese in the dough, but you can also use grated Parmesan. Enjoy!

Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) on the convection setting.
Process the cauliflower in a food processor until it’s finely chopped. Place the cauliflower in a cloth or sieve and squeeze out as much moisture as possible. Transfer the chopped cauliflower to a bowl and add grated cheese, eggs, salt, and oregano. Mix well, then add oats blended into oat flour.
Stir the mixture thoroughly and spread it out onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press the mixture into either a round or square pizza crust. The layer should be thin to ensure the crust becomes as crispy as possible. Bake the crust for 20 minutes.
