Stuffed chicken breast with pesto, tomato and mozzarella

The most delicious way to serve chicken is to stuff the chicken breasts with different fillings.

Heat the oven to 200 C convection.

Cut a “pocket” in each of the chicken breasts and fill with pesto, tomato and mozzarella. Close the pocket with toothpicks.

Fry the chicken breasts in a hot pan with plenty of olive oil for a few minutes on each side. Season well with salt and pepper. Be careful not to let the filling fall out. Put the chicken breasts in an ovenproof dish and bake for 20 minutes. Then turn the oven to grill and grill the chicken for 10-15 minutes until golden. Serve the chicken immediately. Enjoy!
