One pot pasta with Parma ham

One pot pasta with Parma ham – a really creamy and delicious pasta dish. This one pot pasta consists of capsicums, tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, olives and Parma ham cooked with cream and stock. Luxuriously creamy pasta served with grated parmesan on top. There’s Parma ham in this version, but you can make it vegetarian by just leaving out the Parma ham. One pot pasta is a perfect weekday dish when you need a quick dinner. When making one pot pasta, you just put all the ingredients in a pot and cook them together to make a lovely creamy pasta dish. I used whole grain pasta, but you can use whatever kind of pasta you like best. Try my other one pot pasta recipes, too. Enjoy!

Instructions

One pot pasta with Parma ham

Put all the ingredients into a pot and cover with cream and vegetable stock that has been dissolved in boiling water. Boil the pasta and stir. Leave to cook for about 15 minutes or until the pasta is tender. As the parmesan and broth are quite salty, wait to add any salt until the dish has cooked.

Serve the pasta immediately with grated parmesan. Enjoy!
