Easy garlic bread with cheese and parsley

This pull-apart garlic bread with cheese is so easy and doesn’t take very long to make. The bread is perfect to enjoy with soup, tapas or as a delicious accompaniment to a crispy salad.

Easy garlic bread with cheese and parsley

Heat the oven to 200 C convection.

Mix the butter, crushed garlic, chopped fresh parsley and cheese together with a fork. Set it aside.

Cut deep into the bread, but not all the way through, cutting lengthwise and crosswise to make a lot of squares. Fill the garlic butter between the squares, making sure to get it down well in between the cuts. Finally, sprinkle the mozzarella cubes on top. Bake the bread for about 18 minutes until the cheese is crispy. Enjoy!
