Quick cake with biscuits, caramel, whipped cream and strawberries! This cake is super easy to make and requires only a few ingredients. When I made this cake for my family, there was no doubt that the recipe should be shared on the blog! The cake can also be served as serving items in small glasses.
Quick cake with biscuits, caramel, whipped cream and strawberries (approx. 8-10 people):
350 g Digestive biscuits
150 g butter, melted
1 can of dulce de leche of 397 g
Other than that:
Whipped cream of 3 dl whipped cream
1 pack of 3 x Daim of 84 g, coarsely chopped
200 g of fresh strawberries, cut into quarters
Chop the biscuits into a food processor so that some are finely painted and others are in rough pieces. Melt the butter and mix it well with the biscuits for a uniform mass. Pour the biscuits on a dish and press the mass well into the dish with the back of a spoon. Put the dish into the fridge.
Stir dulce the leche well in a bowl so there are no lumps left. Then spread it on the cold biscuit base and put the cake back in the fridge.
Decorate the cake with whipped cream, daim and strawberries. Cool the cake until it is eaten or enjoyed immediately. Bon appetite!
